Live-Out Nanny / Governess Job Opportunity

Marcilly Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Live-Out Nanny / Governess to join a lovely UHNW family in Notting Hill. The ideal candidate will be warm, fun, kind, and energetic with a sunny disposition and calm demeanor.

Job Summary

The Live-Out Nanny / Governess will be responsible for the care and well-being of the family's two children, aged B9 and G11. The role will involve homework support, meal preparation, collecting the children from school, diary management, and organizing arts and crafts activities. The successful candidate will also be required to travel with the family during school holidays and work closely with the live-in Nanny.

Requirements
  • A minimum of four years' solid Nannying experience
  • A desire to stay in the role long-term
  • Solid experience supporting the same family for at least 2-3 years
  • Experience working in a well-staffed, UHNW household
  • Three A levels as a minimum requirement
Key Responsibilities
  • Looking after the children's needs, welfare, development, and health and safety
  • Homework support and meal preparation
  • Collecting the children from school and diary management
  • Organizing arts and crafts activities and play
  • Ensuring the playroom and bedrooms are kept neat and tidy
  • Traveling with the family during school holidays
  • Coordinating with the live-in Nanny
  • Shopping for the children's needs
  • Working closely with the mother on social and academic development for the children
  • Working closely with the Private PA for scheduling and packing
What We Offer

Marcilly Recruitment Ltd offers a competitive salary of £55,000 - £75,000, depending on experience, plus a discretionary annual bonus. The role is a permanent, live-out position with a Monday to Friday schedule, with some flexibility when necessary. The family offers a supportive and dynamic work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.

The successful candidate will be required to work closely with the family and other household staff to ensure the smooth operation of the household.
