Cooper Lomaz is collaborating with a reputable organization in Norwich to recruit a skilled Security Systems Engineer. The successful candidate will become part of a well-established team, delivering onsite assistance to various clients.

Position Overview: In the role of Security Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation of hardware and software solutions at client sites, which include surveillance systems, fire detection systems, intrusion detection systems, and access control mechanisms. A background in security systems installation, servicing, and maintenance is essential. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work autonomously are also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to client locations to install, maintain, and perform routine servicing of security systems, including surveillance cameras, fire alarms, intrusion detection systems, and access control systems.
  • Possess experience with relevant security software applications.
  • Provide expert advice to clients regarding their products, including servicing and maintenance issues.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar position is mandatory.
  • Completion of BS7858 screening is required.
  • A valid UK driving license held for a minimum of 2 years is necessary.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities, with effective communication skills.

Compensation, Benefits, and Location:

  • Competitive salary ranging from £30,000 to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Provision of personal protective equipment and a company vehicle.
  • While the office is located in Norwich, daily travel to various sites is expected, where independent work will be required.
