About Us: Pertemps Network Catering is dedicated to delivering outstanding catering solutions within the educational sector.
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Area Catering Operations Manager to oversee approximately 10 educational institutions, including primary schools, secondary schools, post-16, and further education establishments. This role will involve strategic oversight across the Trust, ensuring that Catering Managers receive comprehensive training and support while regularly visiting each site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic planning and operational management across multiple academies.
- Providing guidance and support to Catering Managers to enhance service delivery.
- Conducting regular site visits to ensure compliance and quality standards.
- Utilizing strong financial acumen to manage budgets effectively.
Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will possess:
- Previous experience in area, group, or multisite management within the educational catering sector.
- A culinary background is essential.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster relationships.
Additional Information: Due to the geographical scope of this role, candidates should ideally reside within the operational areas.
