Job Title: Security Officer - Nights & Weekends

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our site, including managing access control, patrolling the site, and dealing with incidents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage access control for employees, visitors, and contractors
  • Patrol the site on foot to deter and detect stock loss
  • Deal professionally with incidents, including positive searches
  • Respond to customer requests and queries
  • Maintain records using computer- and paper-based systems
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in security
  • Five years checkable history and references
  • Pass a criminal records check (CRC) to the required standards
Desirable:
  • Experience in a similar role
