About the Role

The Graff Search team is seeking a highly skilled TMT Lawyer to join our international legal team, based in Central London. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for a wide range of matters related to the marketing of our amazing products, including advertising laws and regulations, sponsorship agreements, brand partnerships, influencer agreements, IP and consumer law matters.

You will also draft and negotiate a range of commercial contracts, including retail agreements, supply and distribution agreements, agreements with agencies, and IP licensing. The work will be varied, and as part of a global team, you will work directly with various areas of the business, establishing strong relationships and truly partnering with the business to support our high-profile brand in its growth of market share in a highly competitive global environment.

The brand is growing globally, along with the legal team, and this is a truly key role for the business. If you are a TMT lawyer who enjoys variety and working with brands, with experience in marketing law and consumer regulations, and an understanding of e-commerce, sponsorships, and IP, this is a rare and unique opportunity to join a highly creative luxury business in a new and key role.
