Join Our Team as a Student Placement Program

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our UK Governance and Process Assurance team as a Student Placement Program. This 12-month program will provide you with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a range of areas, including governance, process assurance, compliance, and training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop your knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and our corporate world, including an understanding of our products and disease areas.
  • Assist in ensuring a strong compliance network within the organization.
  • Develop, lead, and deliver initiatives, including patient-focused projects as part of our Patient Engagement team.
  • Work with the Privacy team to ensure privacy alignment across the business.
  • Help run our training program to ensure employees have the necessary skills and capabilities to perform their role.
  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Corporate Affairs, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to achieve objectives and build confidence, communication, and presentation skills.
Requirements:
  • Studying for a B.Sc. in life science, Pharmacy, or equivalent healthcare qualification.
  • Project management experience with examples of delivering initiatives from start to finish with clear goals and objectives.
  • Demonstrate planning and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrate numeric, IT, and analytical skills.
  • Experience of one or more of the following preferred: governance, process assurance, compliance, privacy, training.
