We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust. As a Clinical Pharmacist in our Major Trauma Centre, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient-focused clinical pharmacy services to patients within the Major Trauma and Trauma & Orthopaedic service lines.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement clinical pharmacy services to support the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Provide specialist clinical pharmacy advice and guidance to clinical teams.
- Lead and manage the clinical pharmacy team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new services and projects.
- Master's Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
- Current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
- Postgraduate Clinical Pharmacy Certificate.
- Non-medical prescriber qualification or willingness to undertake.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
