Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality levels of care to our residents, observing, reviewing, and finalizing care planning needs.
- Assist in creating an environment that feels like a personal home for our residents and their visiting family members.
- Support the training and supervision of junior and new colleagues in an Akari value-driven way.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement social activities that cater to the individual needs of our residents.
About You
- You possess a caring nature and a personal approach to give everyone the attention they deserve.
- You have good communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to adapt to changes at short notice.
- You are warm, approachable, and engaging, with a strong sense of respect for others.

- A competitive salary starting at £12.55 per hour up to £13.30 per hour (depending on qualification).
