About the Role

As a Lead Data Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of data architecture and engineering at Maxwell Bond. You will be responsible for leading a team of data engineers and working closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain large-scale data systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of data warehouses, data lakes, and other data systems
  • Develop and maintain ETL processes using Azure Data Factory and other tools
  • Work with SQL Server, Power BI, and other data analytics tools
  • Collaborate with the development team to integrate data systems with ERP systems
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the data engineering team
