About the Role

The School Admissions Registrar is a key member of our team, responsible for overseeing the internal admissions process and serving as the face of the school to prospective students, families, and agents. This role requires a strong understanding of the school's mission, values, and academic programs, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hold overall responsibility for front-of-house experience, including internal branding.
  • Promote the school's mission, values, and academic programs within the school community and to all potential clients and stakeholders as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
Requirements
  • 2nd class Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Sufficient numeracy skills to deal with statistical data.
  • Proficiency in English language; other languages an advantage.
  • A strong understanding of academic routes to university success.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • General proficiency in IT software necessary as you will be using bespoke CRM software as well as other office programs extensively.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience working in a private boarding school, or international school setting.
  • Knowledge of business management, marketing, and public relations principles.
  • Knowledge of English as a second language qualifications and assessment.
  • Experience with social media management.
  • Experience in using CRM system software.
  • Familiarity with UKVI visa and immigration regulations.
  • Ability to take high-quality event and/or portrait photos for use in marketing and promotional materials.
