About the School:
This large mixed secondary school is recognized for its commendable standards and exceptional features, making it an ideal environment for both teaching and learning. The institution is dedicated to nurturing staff who are enthusiastic about their subjects and committed to inspiring students.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Managing groups of approximately 30 students independently.
- Delivering pre-set lessons to a high standard with minimal preparation time.
- Creating a positive learning atmosphere by adhering to the school's behavior policies.
- Supporting students in building self-esteem through constructive interactions.
- Assisting in the development and execution of Special Educational Needs (SEN) support plans.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree or aspirations towards a teaching career.
- Knowledge and interest in autism and related educational strategies.
- Experience in managing challenging behaviors effectively.
