NTU International A/S is seeking an experienced Environmental Specialist to join our team for a new project in Ukraine. The successful candidate will contribute to the deployment of EIB/JASPERS mandate in Ukraine by providing on-site consultancy to relevant counterparts.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct on-site consultancy to support the deployment of EIB/JASPERS mandate in Ukraine
- Provide necessary support to relevant counterparts through on-site consultancy
- Contribute to enabling investments for the recovery and reconstruction of Ukraine in line with objectives of the Banks broader EU4U Initiative
- Academic background in Environmental sector, preferably at the master's level or equivalent
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Ukrainian is advantageous
- General professional experience: at least 15 years of general working experience
- Specific professional experience: proven experience working with public administrations and/or national organizations in the EU, and EU pre-accession countries
- Familiarity with EU/IFI procedures related to environmental and social impact assessments, economic appraisal of projects (CBA), and international procurement standards
- At least 10 years of experience in the Environmental sector
- At least 5 years of international experience in advisory
- Specific experience in Central and Eastern Europe, particularly in Ukraine or Moldova
