Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our Operations team as a STO RED Nights. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our site, ensuring seamless production and logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demands
- Oversee inventory management and control stock levels
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in operations management or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of inventory management and control systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
