As a Customer Services Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of customer service delivery for Suffolk County Council and its partner organizations. Your role will encompass managing the Customer Service Centre, Customer Contact Centre, and associated reception services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and inspire a team of Team Leaders to provide exceptional service to customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all customer interactions within the council.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to customer service, with at least five years of experience managing a high-volume contact centre. We seek an individual with:
