Position Summary

We are looking for a Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our R&D Talent Team, focusing on our Market-oriented/Leadership Team. In this role, you will spearhead and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies, collaborating closely with our leadership to attract top-tier talent to Dynatrace.

Your Responsibilities

As a key member of the team, you will:

  • Market Expertise: Develop and execute strategic searches for market-relevant and leadership positions within Dynatrace.
  • Attraction Strategies: Challenge conventional methods and explore innovative approaches to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Build and nurture relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders, and leadership to address long-term strategic needs.
  • Brand Advocacy: Serve as a passionate ambassador for the Dynatrace brand, collaborating closely with our Employer Branding team.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • 6+ years of experience in the recruitment sector, with a focus on various technical roles, preferably within the IT/Software industry.
  • Proven experience in sourcing diverse profiles.
  • A solid understanding of the SaaS market and the capability to work strategically to meet business needs.
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize, plan, and execute projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to facilitate productive discussions in meetings.
  • Adept listening skills, with the ability to ask pertinent questions and comprehend business objectives.
