About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician to join our team as a Lead Pharmacy Technician – Strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to provide leadership to an experienced Pharmacy Team and support the Head of Pharmacy, Associate and Assistant Directors of Pharmacy in delivering high quality, safe and effective care across Joined Up Care Derbyshire.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the work of the Pharmacy Directorate and Medical Directorate in delivering high quality, safe and effective care across care pathways within Joined Up Care Derbyshire.
  • Lead and drive Pharmacy Directorate Team priorities, matrix working across the Team.
  • Manage the Pharmacy Directorate Team's business function to improve the quality, safety and cost effectiveness of relevant clinical interventions.
  • Line manage and be responsible for the workload and performance of other staff as required.
  • Lead the successful delivery of projects to achieve key ICB and/or ICS targets.
