Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at the Celtic Manor Resort. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guest bedrooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain all assigned guest bedrooms and public areas to the highest standards
  • Remove all room service trays and items from guest rooms
  • Report any maintenance requests to the floor housekeepers
  • Ensure that all guest corridors, lift landing areas, and back-of-house areas are clean and well-maintained
  • Perform related duties and special assignments as required

Requirements

  • Good levels of English
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
