About the Role

This role focuses on ensuring the highest quality standards for beverage dispensing across our extensive network of outlets. You'll be responsible for maintaining and optimizing equipment, providing expert training to staff, and promoting best practices in handling and serving beverages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of dispensing equipment, including pipes, kegs, and gas systems, to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety regulations.
  • Deliver comprehensive training programs to both internal and external staff on proper dispensing techniques, glassware care, and safe handling procedures for beer, cider, and carbonated soft drinks.
  • Collaborate with the Brands Dispense Manager to implement strategies that enhance customer experience and promote brand consistency at point of sale.
  • Provide on-site support to outlets, resolving technical issues and offering guidance on best practices for dispensing and serving beverages.

About You

You possess a strong understanding of bar equipment and its operation. Your previous experience in a similar role has equipped you with the skills to maintain, troubleshoot, and train others on dispensing systems. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable you to effectively interact with diverse audiences.
