About Studio RM

Studio RM is a creative studio specializing in color grading and post-production for film, print, and digital media. With a strong focus on artistic collaboration, we partner with artists and brands to deliver high-end, curated content across our studios in London, New York, and Paris.

The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Producer with 5+ years of experience in film post-production to join our growing film team. As a Senior Motion Producer, you will be responsible for the production and delivery of film projects, with a strong focus on client relationships, project management, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement cost-effective post-production workflows on Adobe Creative Suite, Da Vinci Resolve, and Flame/Nuke.
  • Interpret creative briefs, quantify, pitch, quote, and negotiate post-production services, and manage project schedules and budgets.
  • Maintain regular communication with creative teams, brief them effectively, prepare budgets, assign operators, schedule client reviews, and track work orders and costs.
  • Manage production budgets, including forecasting and cost control.
  • Monitor project success and flag any problems to the Head of Client Services and Head of Production.
  • Foster new relationships with directors, DOPs, and production agencies.
  • Identify and partner with new and existing Studio RM film talent, including editors, colorists, VFX artists, and flame artists.
