Job Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with experience in the Fire and Security industry to manage small works projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of British Standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage small works projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
- Lead a team of engineers and subcontractors to deliver high-quality projects.
- Develop and implement project plans, risk management strategies, and quality assurance processes.
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Manage stock allocation, system design, and surveying to ensure project success.
- Ensure compliance with British Standards and industry regulations.
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in the Fire and Security industry.
- Proven track record in project management in the Fire and Security industry.
- Experience with fire alarms is essential.
- UK driving license with no points.
- ECS Card.
- SSSTS or IOSH certification.
- FIA certification.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is advantageous.
