Customer Service Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Executive to join our team at Asmodee UK. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service via inbound calls and email, ensuring that our customers receive a seamless and satisfying experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Log call backs for Account Handlers and ensure accurate processing of orders on the sales system.
  • Guide customers through processes, including New Accounts, Problem Logs, and Spare Parts, and accurately update customer data.
  • Assist the sales team with chase lists and create and maintain accurate process FAQs for the website.

We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, the ability to quickly establish rapport and build trust with customers, and a confident communication style. You will be a team player with a positive outlook and have previous experience in a customer service environment.
