Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Radio Network Technical Strategist and Innovator to join our team at Hydrogen Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining the radio capability strategy and owning the technical roadmap for Radio Network features.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead evaluations of new radio technologies and provide recommendations to support business growth.
  • Develop and implement radio capability strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Support technology trials and validate new solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on RAN features and provide technical support across teams to drive business success.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams to drive alignment and influence technology adoption.
  • Produce technical requirements and specifications for new capabilities to ensure they meet business needs.
  • Present strategies and roadmaps to senior management to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Support regulatory and industry consultations on radio-related matters to ensure compliance and business success.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Open RAN, LTE, and 5G technologies and their applications in the industry.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies like AI, ML, cloud, and virtualization and their potential impact on business.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and drive business results.
  • Proven experience in strategy development, technology evaluation, and field trials to ensure business success.
  • Knowledge of network simulation, project management, and Agile methodology to drive business outcomes.
  • Relevant academic qualification in telecommunications or computer science to ensure technical expertise.
