Job Overview

We're seeking a motivated and people-first individual to join our Retail team in Crawley, working 20 hours a week. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you'll be a vital part of the store's success, working closely with customers to understand their needs and advise them on high-value purchases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, listening to customers' needs and guiding them to find the perfect fit.
  • Be on hand every step of the way, from greeting customers at the door to getting to know them and their sleep preferences.
  • Become a Sleepmatch Master, using our market-leading sleep technology to help customers choose the right mattress just for them.
  • Help maintain the store's appearance, from general housekeeping and cleaning to updating displays.

Requirements
