About the Role:

The Pre-construction Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth project delivery and maintaining high standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Attending client meetings alongside Sales and Design teams as needed
  • Obtaining quotes for bespoke items
  • Collating Scopes of Works
  • Costing project variations and obtaining necessary approvals from clients
  • Coordinating with the Finance department on invoicing requirements
  • Participating in Sales meetings to stay informed about the upcoming project pipeline and potential business opportunities
  • Building and maintaining healthy, long-term relationships with vendors, clients, and other project coordinators
  • Reviewing all project documents carefully to identify any potential issues or discrepancies and implementing cost-saving measures where feasible
  • Negotiating construction prices with subcontractors to achieve competitive bids
  • Participating in Handover Meetings with Design, Sales, and Project teams before work commences to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables
  • Ensuring all project documentation is completed, reviewed, and signed to maintain compliance and project integrity

  • A competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000, depending on experience
