Job Summary:

Stafforce Managed Services is seeking a highly skilled Electromechanical Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and calibrating water and color instruments to ensure they operate smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and training to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate instruments, with training provided.
  • Engage with customers to provide excellent service and support.
  • Maintain and manage service-related databases.
  • Assist the quality department in reviewing product quality issues.

Requirements:

  • Experience in electromechanical roles, with the ability to use hand tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Organized, efficient, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK and abroad when necessary.
  • Valid full UK driving license.
