Join Us as a Production Control Operator

We are currently seeking a Production Control Operator to contribute to our new initiative.

Your Responsibilities
  • Oversee the uninterrupted flow of production utilizing Production Planning Control Systems (PPS), visualizations, and reporting
  • Enhance operational efficiency by coordinating both planned and reactive maintenance alongside operational limitations
  • Serve as a technical and operational intermediary between WITRON and clients, managing, prioritizing, and escalating concerns
  • Evaluate and refine the performance of automated processes and production systems
  • Develop and disseminate documentation and training resources to maintain high standards within the team
Ideal Candidate Attributes
  • Strong IT proficiency, familiarity with Production Planning Control Software (PPS), and MS Office applications; possesses analytical and solution-focused problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Visually skilled with the ability to interpret data and workflows
  • Experience and understanding of processes and methodologies in a logistics or automated environment
  • Knowledge of and ability to apply quality and process improvement techniques
