Position Overview

Meridian Business Support is seeking a Senior HR and Resourcing Leader to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing expert support and strategic guidance to the Senior Management Team and departmental managers regarding the interpretation and execution of HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the HR and Finance Administrators on-site, ensuring the team operates efficiently and delivers accurate HR and Finance processes in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate HR activities, including managing grievances, disciplinary actions, and employee absences in accordance with company policies.
  • Foster a collaborative environment while leading a team to ensure all HR functions, including payroll processing, are completed punctually.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and management at all levels, addressing sensitive and emotive situations with professionalism.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and best practices while maintaining a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Build strong relationships across the organization and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience in a similar HR coordination role, preferably within a corporate setting.
  • Experience in employment relations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • CIPD qualification is desirable but not mandatory.
