Job Description

**Infrastructure Technician - Hybrid Role**

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Technician to join our team at Proactive Appointments Limited on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid role, with 2/3 days working from home each week.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in the development, delivery, and maintenance of business application systems that provide real benefits to the business areas throughout the company.
  • Operate systems on a modern, reliable, and cost-effective information technology infrastructure.
  • Lead projects within the Infrastructure Team to achieve objectives.

**Requirements:**

  • Good knowledge of all Microsoft products, both server and desktop.
  • Experience in implementation and support of Virtualised server infrastructure and technologies, including SAN technology for storage.
  • Experience with Dell and EMC SAN and Server products.
  • Experience in managed/configuring Citrix Environments.
  • Network and comms experience (IP, Routing, VLANs, etc).
  • Implementation and management of DR solutions, including replication.
  • Knowledge of Cisco Phone systems.
  • Knowledge of Firewalls, IPS, and Cisco routers.
  • Ideal exposure to IS27001 standards.
  • Basic SQL Skills.
