Key Responsibilities of a Senior Barista

  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of beverage items and their preparation methods on the menu.
  • Assist in all necessary preparations prior to opening.
  • Ensure accurate stock requisition, verification, and storage in the bar area.
  • Monitor operating supplies to minimize spoilage and waste.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the bar, including fixtures and fittings.
  • Provide assistance to guests during their stay and effectively address any complaints.
  • Maximize revenue opportunities through effective upselling techniques.
  • Deliver essential information regarding the hotel, its services, and available facilities.
