Job Title: Casual Spa Therapist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Casual Spa Therapist to join our team at The Parkgate Hotel. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through the provision of high-quality spa treatments.

About the Role:

As a Casual Spa Therapist, you will work within our luxurious spa environment, delivering a range of treatments to our discerning guests. You will be expected to maintain a high level of product knowledge, ensuring that you can effectively recommend and deliver treatments that meet our guests' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality spa treatments to guests, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our spa treatments and products, including Elemis.
  • Effectively communicate with guests to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with other spa team members to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe spa environment.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive rate of pay, £12.10 per hour, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment. As a Casual Spa Therapist, you will have the flexibility to work on a casual basis, with hours of work determined by the needs of the business.

Requirements:

  • Qualified to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
  • Experience of working with Elemis treatments and products (although not essential).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
