Credit Controller

- Manage customer accounts to ensure timely collections and maintain accurate records.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate efficient collections and resolve any issues promptly.
- Work towards reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSOs) and minimizing bad debts.
- Collaborate with the franchise network to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues efficiently.
- Produce account reconciliations and maintain accurate customer records and ledger accounts.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring all customer queries are logged and resolved efficiently.
- Perform administrative duties such as supplying statements, copying invoices, and applying credit terms to accounts.
- Process payment allocations to your ledger and resolve remittance issues with customers.
- Prepare aged debt reporting, weekly banking reporting, and bank reconciliation duties.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Credit Control.
- Proficiency with MS applications, with experience with MS Dynamics being advantageous.
- Proven track record in process efficiency and improving collection performance.
- Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Keen eye for detail and a high degree of accuracy.
