Job Title: Technical Sales Engineer

ATA Recruitment is working closely with a leading manufacturer of high-precision machine components and automation solutions for various industries.

We are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to join our successful UK team based in Coventry. The successful candidate will cover sales over the UK, providing technical expertise to new and existing customers.

The Role:

As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for managing existing client accounts, following up on incoming enquiries, and growing new business opportunities.

  • Manage accounts of existing clients, following up on any incoming enquiries.
  • Grow new business opportunities through technical sales and account management.
The Candidate:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A proven track record in generating new business and handling existing clients.
  2. A proven track record in technical sales.
  3. An engineering qualification.
  4. Experience of selling to or working with OEMs, machine builders, systems integrators (desirable).
The Benefits:

For this role, you will receive:

  1. £35,000 - £45,000.
  2. Pension Contribution.
  3. Company Car.
  4. 25 Days + Bank Holidays.
  5. Remote or Agile Working.
  6. Full Product Training in both UK and at the head offices in Switzerland for 2 weeks.

We will be conducting a shortlist starting today. The successful candidates will then be forwarded to our client with our recommendation.
