Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at PART & COMPANY Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional Modern British Cuisine with a focus on seasonal ingredients and classic techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cook a classic yet elevated Modern British menu with a focus on seasonal ingredients and French techniques.
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of meals for a 55-cover dining room and events.
- Lead a well-versed brigade and ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local suppliers and producers.
- Collaborate with the Head of Kitchen Operations to create menus and ensure consistency of quality.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Work closely with the team to ensure excellent customer service and a positive dining experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
- Strong knowledge of Modern British Cuisine and French techniques.
- Ability to lead a team and maintain high standards of quality and service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm and composed demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
