We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at PART & COMPANY Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional Modern British Cuisine with a focus on seasonal ingredients and classic techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cook a classic yet elevated Modern British menu with a focus on seasonal ingredients and French techniques.
  • Oversee the preparation and delivery of meals for a 55-cover dining room and events.
  • Lead a well-versed brigade and ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local suppliers and producers.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Kitchen Operations to create menus and ensure consistency of quality.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
  • Strong knowledge of Modern British Cuisine and French techniques.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm and composed demeanor.
