Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our Creative Lead and Lead Designers to design collateral for various needs, including full campaigns, print, digital, in-store, image retouching, and new concept development work.
  • Be innovative and work with established brand identities, taking ownership of your briefs and delivering high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the beauty market and our brands, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Demonstrate a highly creative approach to briefs, ensuring that all creative and artwork meet the brief, are on brand, and produced to the highest standard.
Requirements
  • A degree in Graphic Design or a relevant subject, with a strong portfolio of work in a variety of media, including print and digital design.
  • At least 4 years' experience with dexterity in campaign work, showing examples of print & editorial design, social media concepting, email design, app content, and video storyboarding.
  • Experience working with strategists or strategic work that acts as a springboard for your creative.
  • Professional use of Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator.
  • Happy to work across multiple brands and project briefs in a dynamic agency environment.
