About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Customer Development Department as a Retail Development Advisor. This role involves developing and building strong commercial relationships with our existing estate of independent retail owners.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing joint business plans with retail owners to help them thrive and prosper in the competitive convenience retail sector

• Ensuring all aspects of store standards are maintained and continuously improved

• Identifying opportunities to improve retailer loyalty and achieve agreed sales targets

• Developing the existing estate and growing new business for our cash and carry hubs

• Working with our trading team and key suppliers to implement promotional activity within your estate

Requirements

• A full UK driving licence
