Role Overview
The Senior Economist / Evidence and Evaluation Manager will be an integral part of our Impact and Evidence directorate, positioned at the core of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will play a vital part in our objective to establish the most comprehensive collection of credible evidence and evaluations regarding effective strategies for assisting young people in securing quality employment. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the Heads of Evaluation, Deputy Director, and Director to ensure that all investments made by Youth Futures are structured to yield substantial evidence of effectiveness.
- Leading the design and management of new impact evaluations, ensuring rigorous methodologies are applied.
- Contributing to evidence-based policy changes and enhancing practices in collaboration with employers and service providers.
