Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant to join our client's finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial accounting function, including financial reporting, treasury management, and external audit coordination.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee the financial accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
2. Manage treasury operations, including cash flow management and investment strategies.
3. Coordinate with external auditors to ensure a smooth audit process.
4. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A strong background in accounting, with a full accounting qualification preferred.
2. Excellent technical accounting knowledge and analytical skills.
3. Experience working in a busy FMCG environment.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer

Hays Accounts and Finance offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

1. Up to £50,000 salary.
2. Up to 10% bonus.
