Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Assistant to join our fast-paced Compliance Team at Astute People. As a Compliance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in administration and possess excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contractor Management Support: Manage the contractor placement process with a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Client Management: Maintain accurate management of administration tasks, ensuring legal compliance and internal processes.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Support regular compliance audits and reviews.
  • Process Improvements and Efficiencies: Support others in the business with internal and external processes to ensure efficiencies.
