Casual Early Years Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and engaging Early Years Educator to join our team at Ashby Nursery School and Preschool Academy. As a Casual Early Years Educator, you will provide cover as and when needed by the Nursery for periods of holiday, sickness, and supporting with vacancy gaps.

About the Role:

  • Provide high-quality teaching and care to children under the age of 5
  • Work in partnership with the existing educator team to create an inspiring working environment
  • Ensure the successful running of the nursery and provide rich stimulating experiences for children
  • Support the development of children's skills and knowledge in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

About You:

  • Level 2 or 3 qualification within early years preferred, however unqualified Educators will also be considered if you can demonstrate the necessary values and enthusiasm for working within this environment
  • Experience as an Early Years Educator or having worked with children under the age of 5 is advantageous
  • Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS is desirable

What We Offer:

  • Rates of pay: From £11.50 - £13.28 for qualified Educators, and from £6.40 - £11.44 for unqualified Educators
