We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as an Early Years Practitioner. As a key member of our nursery team, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, secure, and stimulating environment for children aged 3 months to 5 years.

As a Childcare Professional, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging activities that promote the children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development. You will work closely with the nursery team to ensure that all children's needs are met, and they have a fun and enjoyable experience.

The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 Early Years Qualification and have experience working with children in a childcare setting. You will be required to provide a high standard of care and attention to detail, ensuring the children's safety and well-being at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote children's development and learning.
  • Provide a safe and secure environment for children, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Work closely with the nursery team to ensure seamless care and attention to children.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's development and progress.
  • Collaborate with the nursery SENDco to support children with additional needs.
  • Ensure adherence to policies and procedures, escalating any concerns or issues to the Duty Manager and/or management team.
