As a Pastry Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for working closely with our Head Pastry Chef and kitchen team to create delicious pastries and desserts that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook high-quality pastries and desserts according to recipe specifications.
  • Label and rotate stock, including allergen information, to ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, adhering to our strict health and safety protocols.
  • Assist with stock management, cleaning, and maintenance of kitchen equipment and facilities.
  • Participate in menu development and contribute ideas for new and innovative pastry creations.

Requirements:
