AD WARRIOR is a leader in the field of agricultural education, boasting a rich history of over 175 years and recognized globally for its strong industry connections and courses tailored to the evolving land-based sector.

Within the broader Digital Innovation division, Digital Operations at AD WARRIOR merges Library and IT support expertise to foster digital innovation across the organization; empowering academic personnel, enhancing the curriculum, and supporting both in-person and remote learning.

The Educational Resources Consultants are integral to the Library team, facilitating a high-quality, supportive, and engaging learning atmosphere for students and staff alike.

They play a crucial role in the creation and implementation of an information skills program, as well as the development of various Library user guides.

Key Responsibilities:


The Educational Resources Consultant offers guidance and educational support to students in locating and assessing learning materials, leads learner orientations, and assists colleagues with the management of print acquisitions, alongside maintaining library inventory, cataloging, and overseeing the inter-library loan service.

This role demands flexibility and adaptability, along with a willingness to learn and adjust to new technologies. As part of the Digital Operations team, the role holder will also provide support for students with basic technical inquiries and must be comfortable in a tech-centric environment.


This position will report to the Digital Operations Manager and will be part of the Library team of Educational Resources Consultants within Digital Operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with library systems, possessing extensive knowledge of library operations
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to tailor their approach and communication style to a diverse stakeholder audience
