About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our team at The Talent Crowd. As a Conveyancing Professional, you will be responsible for a case load of conveyancing matters from inception to completion across freehold/leasehold/new build, sales, purchases, remortgages, right to buy, shared ownership, auction properties, transfer of equity and help to buy.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years solid conveyancing fee earning experience and be looking for a new, challenging and rewarding role within a successful and progressive team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage a portfolio of conveyancing cases from start to finish
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to ensure accurate and timely completion of cases
  • Communicate effectively with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless case progression
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in conveyancing law and regulations
