Your Responsibilities

As a Project Operations Manager, you will assist the Project Portfolio Manager in the strategic planning and oversight of various projects aligned with the investment strategy and minor initiatives at Exolum. Your role will ensure that projects are executed efficiently, adhering to budgetary constraints while complying with all relevant company standards and UK/European regulations. You will lead a team of project managers and engineers who handle multiple engineering tasks on Exolum's assets simultaneously.

What We Expect from You

The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree or equivalent experience. Proven expertise in project planning is crucial, along with a solid understanding of pipeline COMAH, MoC, and CDM regulations, particularly the CDM 2015 regulation. Experience in brownfield projects is essential for this position. Additional skills necessary for success include data management, problem-solving capabilities, report writing at the management level, and effective budget oversight.

As a proactive individual, you will demonstrate strong teamwork, exceptional communication skills, and sound decision-making abilities. Attention to detail and the capacity to engage with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders are vital.
