Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crew Supervisor to join our team at Servpro Industries, Inc. As a key member of our restoration team, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the execution of projects to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control to meet customer expectations.
  • Customer Experience: Manage the customer and client experience, ensuring overall customer satisfaction and tracking online reviews to maintain a positive reputation.
  • Team Supervision: Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
  • Documentation: Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided and facilitate future reference.
  • Resource Management: Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects to optimize resource allocation and minimize waste.
  • Communication: Communicate with restoration project managers and office staff on project progress and issues to ensure seamless collaboration and problem-solving.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Health and Safety: Communicate and follow all OSHA guidelines for job safety to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Asset Management: Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly to maintain their integrity and extend their lifespan.
  • Training and Development: Coach and train restoration technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license to operate company vehicles.
  • Education: Hold a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Experience: Have at least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
  • Certification: Possess IICRC certification - WRT minimum.
Skills and Physical Demands
  • Lifting and Mobility: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces (i.e., crawl spaces, attics).
  • Repetitive Tasks: Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
  • Cleaning Agents: Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
  • Background Check: Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
