Position: Mobile Maintenance Engineer

Location: Opportunities available in Milton Keynes and nearby regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance within designated facilities.
  • Maintain and update compliance documentation as required.
  • Provide updates on tasks and quotations through the CAFM system.
  • Effectively manage time and workload while communicating with the lead engineer.
  • Participate in the on-call rota and be available for overtime as necessary.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in general building services.
  • Electrical proficiency.
  • Relevant industry qualifications.
  • Ability to perform repairs and replacements of equipment and fixtures.
  • Capable of organizing maintenance tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills and basic IT knowledge.
