Position: Mobile Maintenance Engineer
Location: Opportunities available in Milton Keynes and nearby regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance within designated facilities.
- Maintain and update compliance documentation as required.
- Provide updates on tasks and quotations through the CAFM system.
- Effectively manage time and workload while communicating with the lead engineer.
- Participate in the on-call rota and be available for overtime as necessary.
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience in general building services.
- Electrical proficiency.
- Relevant industry qualifications.
- Ability to perform repairs and replacements of equipment and fixtures.
- Capable of organizing maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and basic IT knowledge.
