Pertemps Bond is seeking experienced HGV Class 2 ADR Drivers to join our network of trusted professionals. This role offers the opportunity to work with a leading national client in the waste management sector, providing essential services across various locations.

As an HGV Class 2 ADR Driver, you will be responsible for collecting and delivering waste bins from hospitals, ensuring efficient and safe transportation of materials. Your duties will include:

  • Operating a HGV Class 2 vehicle with a maximum height of 15'9 feet.
  • Working flexible shifts, including AM and PM starts.
  • Collecting and delivering waste bins from hospitals.
  • Loading and unloading waste bins manually.
  • Utilizing PDTs to scan loads during collection and delivery.
  • Maintaining clear communication with the office regarding any issues or delays.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid Category C driving license (minimum 6 months experience).
  • A current Tacho and DQC card.
  • ADR packages with 6.1 & 6.2 endorsements.
  • No more than 3 points on your driving license.
  • Flexibility to work various start times.
  • A friendly and professional demeanor, committed to excellent customer service.
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

In return, Pertemps Bond offers:

  • Competitive hourly rates ranging from £15.50 to £22.00 depending on the day and start time.
  • A minimum guaranteed daily pay of 8 hours.
