Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, children, mediation, financial matters, collaborative law, and domestic violence.
  2. Provide high-quality legal advice to clients, ensuring that they receive timely and pertinent legal guidance.
  3. Develop and implement effective strategies to resolve family law disputes.
  4. Network and build relationships with clients, colleagues, and other professionals in the industry.
  5. Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments.
  6. Undertake other duties reasonably required by partners or senior management.
Requirements
  1. Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 4 years PQE.
  2. Experience in handling a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, children, mediation, financial matters, collaborative law, and domestic violence.
  3. Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  4. Proven IT skills and ability to adapt new technology.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Skills
  1. Advocacy experience.
  2. Member of Resolution.
  3. Experience in Legal Aid work.
  4. Experience in Wills and Probate.
  5. Proficient with Proclaim Case Management.
