About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) or unqualified SEND Teacher to work with our SEND school in Bexley. The successful candidate will work closely across 2 KS1 classes with a mix of children with ASD and SLD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to the needs of SEND students.
  • Provide one-on-one support to pupils, helping them overcome learning challenges.
  • Lead classes, group interventions and activities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Support classroom management and promote positive behaviour.
