High Performance Talent Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop career maps for each business function and area to support high performance.
  • Collaborate with Line Managers to devise Growth Plans for high performing employees, further driving performance levels.
  • Support the quarterly performance review process and attend individual performance reviews to ensure continuous high performance.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Trainer to develop comprehensive training plans for our people, focusing on enhancing performance.
  • Promote a consistent approach in managing and developing high-performing talent.
  • Regularly report on the talent management process and its impact on performance.
  • Assist with change management projects, ensuring high performance is maintained during transitions.
  • Owning communications for HR, including the creation and distribution of a HR newsletter.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a Talent role is essential.
  • A keen interest in business and a drive for high performance.
  • Demonstrable evidence of a Growth mindset and a focus on performance.
  • Experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining high performance in all areas.
